1 in 5 women in Australia struggles with drinking.

But you can be sober and have a fantastic life!

So, why do you drink? Are you drinking too much? I think these are important questions to ask yourself because it’s so easy to get stuck in a cycle of drinking.

I’ll admit: Booze is one of my favourite and not-so-favourite things😅 So many women struggle with drinking a lot, and I know it’s something I over-indulged in for years of my life.
