In this episode, we discuss how perimenopause can cause tiredness and fatigue, and explores the various factors that can impact energy levels such as poor sleep quality, a sedentary lifestyle, nutrition deficiencies, and stress. I explain how a balanced diet rich in whole foods is vital for maintaining optimal energy levels, and highlight which key nutrients may be lacking in the diet and how to address these deficiencies.

I also touch on the exciting development of tiny self-propelled robots called microbots, in my favourite fact of the week.
