Katie Turner, 42, is the owner of Envisage Fitness, a mentor, health, wellness, and fitness coach, a mummy and a person who is highly respected in the fitness industry. ⠀ Also educated those entering into the fitness industry, lecturing for The Australian College of Physical Education (ACPE) and The Fitness Institute of Australia(FIA). She has worked with a few NRL teams (Manly Sea Eagles, Penrith Panthers, and Canterbury Bulldogs) educating their players so they can build their own career in personal training.⠀ - In 2018 she co-founded podcasting and video production studio in Edgecliff called "The POD Hub". With Katie, we spoke candidly about being a high achiever in her own life, about parenting challenges in our perfectionism driven society, pitfalls of instant gratification, body image, power of community and connection, how to create a healthier, happier society one person at a time and so much more!!
