Food tracking.
Because when you think tracking, you think calories or macros or points. We’ve all been there and done that and ended up back at square one every time.
Why is that? Is all tracking bad? Is calorie tracking ever helpful? Is there another way to track?
I talk through all of these questions and more including my recommendation for tracking and how it can change everything about your relationship with food.
