This is a new section to The Ally Show, where we are adding the recordings for our new project, WePause Weekly. At this week's WePause session, Ashley from Awake In Wellness started discussing "Wellness for the Nine to Five." Moving on to midday self-care practices, Ashley suggested practical tips like setting timers for work intervals followed by breaks for stretching and breath work. She also shared valuable vagus nerve exercises and chair yoga techniques to help alleviate stress and tension during the workday.
Transitioning to the evening routine, Ashley emphasized the need for a mindful shift from work to personal time. She recommended activities such as journaling, engaging in crafts, and reducing screen time to unwind and promote relaxation before bedtime.
