Dr. Solmaz Amirnazmin is a Boston-based, Stanford and Harvard trained physician, board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine with 14 years of clinical experience and a Weight Loss and Wellness Coach with training in culinary medicine and extensive background in nutrition research. She started her own lifestyle coaching practice called Enso Lifestyle Health, where she offers evidence-based lifestyle medicine coaching to help individuals optimize their health, prevent and reverse chronic illness, and achieve long-term weight loss.
