Please join me and special education teacher Angelique Chaverri, M.S.Ed. in a fascinating discussion concerning several educational challenges along with several important ideas on solutions. Angelique helps explain how posture and brain reflexes from infancy impact learning abilities and movements. We also discuss the history of posture in schools and how it was related to several health concerns. Additionally, we discuss how I have incorporated certain hand and feet exercises into my PE curriculum to help today’s students not only move better–but learn better too.
