Sharon first became involved with Laughter Yoga in 2016 where she trained at the Odette Laughter Academy, with Joe Hoare, Dave Burman, Sarah Routman and Miriam Gasman who all opened her eyes to new ways with laughter.
Laughter is the sound of joyful breathing. If you can move and make sounds you can rediscover joy and laughter. It increases Serotonin and oxytocin, the natural feel-good chemicals. It boosts our immunity, it increases our focus and memory and it helps us to connect to other people. Laughter and play are Sharon’s main values and she would like to introduce you to her new modality laughter/play spiritual coaching using creative play, movement and sound.
