This month is national sleep awareness month so we will discuss some of the different types of insomnia you might experience and some of the possible causes.

Approximately a third of the UK will experience insomnia and its unwanted symptoms at any time, this podcast will help you relax with hypnotherapy and drift off into a deep and relaxed state if you are one of those unfortunate few.
