Like many of us, the ENTIRE world, my life was turned upside down March of 2020 when we went into lockdown and then again in October 2020 when both my husband & I lost our jobs when the logistics company we worked for closed down.
Fast forward almost 2 years later and here I am, a certified yoga instructor, yoga breathing coach, and most recently, a double-certified Life Purpose Coach & Spiritual Life Coach.
