finding a therapist is much like finding a friend or finding your community -- it requires us to look within and have a sense of what is important to us, of what we're wanting to move toward (or away from). if you don't have a sense of this with words, i encourage you to listen to and trust your body's cues. how do you feel before, during and after interacting with the person you're either considering or are actively in therapy with? & lastly, i share about the importance of including the body. talk therapy is out, somatic therapy is in. have questions? or interested in working with me one-on-one? reach out! caitlin@orienttothrive.com
