I share about Arlo working full days away from home and how that is shifting things for Sunny and I, I speak about how amazing Mum's are and remind you to tell your Mum/Dad friends that they're doing an amazing job! I share the 'Sacred Ecosystem' card with you along with the guidance, soak this up. I chat about being happy NOW and enjoying life NOW and touch on the obsession our society has on improving and fixing themselves and how we all need a break from it. I also share some sneak peeks of what is in the medicine bags for those joining The Forest. It's a real mixed bag this week and there's no intro to the episode which reflects my week so far hahaha!
