What are we doing, having fun, improving our Selves, learning about how to effect our personalities in a positive way, using psychology to initiate and help foster immediate change. Yes, we need to act as Gardeners and keep planting "fresh" seeds in our hearts and souls so that we can find reinforcement and what we are "practicing," what we are doing to improve our Selves. It is one thing to take a few minutes to listen, it is another thing to begin to move the rudder gently and slowly into new currents and directions for your Life's future. Take your time and be gentle, be understanding, be patient, but let nothing stop you for our world needs to keep changing in more and more positive ways. My hat's off to you and my head bowed, thank you for giving these pods a chance, and your Self, too.
