Hannah Bower, a lifelong athlete, and mom of 2, joins me and shares her story of overcoming challenges through her athleticism, a trauma in her personal life, a major car crash, becoming a mother, and more. Hannah is an example of resilience as she faced her trauma head-on with therapy and finding ways to heal in all aspects of her life.
