Key Phrase - Think Planned Priorities

Energy Habits

  1. Develop (read my Bible and another motivational book then write in my ERW Journal as well as develop content such as this podcast or a LinkedIn article)
  2. Move - I’ll workout consisting of Run More / Lift More
  3. Connect - with the Fam in a thoughtful, meaningful way before the day begins
  4. Fuel - hydrate and have a Clean & Green breakfast

Here is my process:
Brainstorm what I want to accomplish for the day (and this is always a long list)
I look for themes - what are clusters I can group together
I put narrow them down to the most crucial 3
I list them in order of most important, 2nd most, then 3rd.

(Here are) Three parts of a CLEAR PLAN:

  1. Focusing on your Energy Habits 1st thing and getting as many completed before work
  2. Creating your Key3 for the day - the three most important tasks of the day
  3. Creating and/or Reviewing your Schedule for the day ahead

Block & Tackle

Focus Time Blocks - 90-120 minutes
Social Time Blocks - 90-120 minute
Administrative Time Blocks - 30-60 minutes
Recovery Time Blocks -

1. WHEN IS MY ENERGY HIGHEST WITHIN THE DAY?

2. WHY IS MY ENERGY LOW RIGHT NOW?

4. HOW CAN I MATCH MY TASKS WITH MY ENERGY?

PACING IS MAKING KEY CHANGES TO BOOST MY ENERGY
