Everything that is happening in the world right now is potentially going to be stored in our bodies and impact our children and our children’s children and so on. This ancestral trauma happens when emotions and feelings are absorbed into our bodies and are not cleared in our lifetimes.
In this episode, I have an amazing conversation with Loren Honey and I’m so grateful to bring it to you. Loren is an incredible human who is filled with so much warmth, love and wisdom. She is so grounded in the magic that she shares with the world.
Loren is a beautiful intuitive life coach in New Zealand. She runs breathwork workshops, breathwork journeys, women circles, has written an ebook, and is passionate about how our menstrual cycles are connected with our ancestral lines.
We delve into so many magical themes and energies in this episode. Ancestral healing and ancestral trauma, connecting to our inner guidance, somatic therapies, my own ancestral stories, intuition, our bleed and menstrual cycles and their connection to our ancestral line, and so much more.
