I’m Jessie Lockhart, a Realtor turned Holistic Health Coach and Personal Trainer.

Over the last few years, I’ve been on a holistic health journey of my own to lose weight, build muscle, balance my hormones, heal my gut, and better manage my mental health.

While on this journey, it became abundantly clear to me that holistic-based principles like hormone balancing, proper gut health, and eating whole, nutrient-dense foods are not talked about enough in the personal training space.

And I felt called to step up and fill that gap, so here I am!

This podcast is for my ambitious hustlers, my inspirational mamas, and my transformative babes who are ready to make themselves (and their health) a priority and start living their best life.

Here on The Swoleistic™ Show, we’ll mainly discuss holistic-based principles like mindset, mental health, gut health and nutrition, happy hormones, and strength training BUT I also want to round out the show by talking about things like relationships, building wealth, and overall creating your dream life.

Each Tuesday, I’ll be your host as we dive into these topics while also sharing my own personal experiences. And on the last Tuesday of each month, I’ll bring on other holistic-based experts to share their stories, experience, and knowledge with us!
