Abigail combines her double Communications major with focus on Cognitive, Social and Behavioral theories, extensive studies in mental health, research in healing modalities, and resiliency skills learned from overcoming childhood abuse, domestic violence, and Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) to inform her unique coaching method which addresses the core issues that contribute to personal limiting beliefs and toxic environments. She helps her clients, and their teams, develop new, empowered life skills.
Abigail is an outdoor sports enthusiast who lives in Denver, Colorado and is a proud mom of two U.S. Marines, a daughter and a son.
