Join us for a Holley Jolly Fun-Filled Christmas with Santa Claus but don't take us too serious because we're not, even if we try! Santa Claus, joins the Aging GreatFULLy show to tell us how things really are behind the scenes at the North Pole. But be forewarned, it's not a show for the young boys and girls because Santa, aka, my brother, Del Kelley, talks about liquored-up reindeer, what really happens at the Kringle Mingle, and some other surprises I didn't see coming! You'll be able to tell it was hard to keep my composure throughout a lot of this dialogue because my brother -- I mean Santa -- has that effect on me. It's a good thing that laughter is the best medicine!
With the year we've had, the challenges we often face, struggles life can throw our way, I hope this episode allows you to get lost in some imaginative Christmas fun and lose yourself in a laugh or two. This episode is meant to entertain; I acknowledge that my jokes are bad but my hopes are to simply take your mind off of things and bring some enjoyment into your life and make your Yuletide merry! Our family laughs a lot, at each other, at life, and at ourselves. There's something to be said for laughter. I believe we can't get enough of it.
Santa shares how to make the "Nice List" and what he does with all those letters he receives! And he also answers the big question we're all wondering -- will Rudulph lead the sleigh again this year? It's a big reveal from beginning to end, including what he does during his off time, what he wears when he's not outfitted in the red suit, and so much more surprising North Pole News you'll only hear here!
There's some serious aspects of this show too, hidden amidst the narratives, humor and creative imaginings. Santa reminds us about the true meaning of this sacred and Glorious season. And the empirical value of kindness, and how each day offers a new opportunity to begin again with a fresh beginning. And Santa shares the importance of forgiveness too as he talks about the Naughty to Nice List system implemented at the NP. Christmas reminds us of the importance of sharing our generosity of spirit with others but Santa asks us to remember to do this year round. The gift of Christmas is a wonderful one to celebrate. So, I hope you laugh along with us through corny jokes, an atypical Santa, childlike imagination and wonder and join in our holiday cheer and celebrate this time of year with lots of fun and lightheartedness alongside us!
