Today we had the absolute privilege of Interviewing Billie Paea on the topic of Natural Body Building.
Resistance training and building muscle plays a vital role in our health and longevity. If we maintain muscle as we age, we age a lot better and are less likely to face a lot of typical issues that many encounter.
However you choose to do it big or small, don't box yourself in to Cardio or fitness, find ways to continue to build muscle, or at least maintain muscle to attain true longevity and get the best out of your future years ahead.
In this episode Billie mentions it's all about balance, not just working out but also prioritising recovery. When we focus on recovery just as much as the work out, it changes everything.
