Regardless of any beliefs or practices you may have, there's something you can do easily that will build your resilience to stress, anxiety and anger. It's just breath..."The only thing I personally think about when I'm aware of my breathing is the 'LETTING GO'... with every exhale, I intentionally let go of tension, of anything that doesn't support me or isn't working for me...or simply just doesn't feel good!"
