Since we can’t control our lives or our surroundings, the next best thing we can do is learn how to navigate whatever comes our way despite the discomfort. Luckily, mindfulness helps us do exactly that.

In this 7-minute meditation (with ending bell), you’ll be guided to turn toward what is unpleasant or challenging, as a way to simultaneously takes care of yourself while also broadening your comfort zone.
