In the world of coaching and personal growth and self-development, it can feel like there’s always something to “work on” or “fix”. And this week Fallon and I invite you to ask yourself: what if the thing or things you need to fix about yourself are actually your greatest gifts and superpowers?
Often, it can be easy to think something is wrong with us because we’re comparing ourselves to others around us, and they seem to be doing things differently or seemingly better.
But what if - your way of doing things is the BEST way for you? And not something to be ashamed of, feel bad or wrong or guilty about?
What if it’s actually something to be proud of and to celebrate? (Hint - it usually is ).
