Iāve been a recovering perfectionist in many areas, but I never expected it to creep into my personal health journey. Spoiler alert: it did.
Weāre talking about five ways perfectionism impacts our health and why itās so dangerous ā but donāt worry, Iām also sharing the tips and truths that have helped me find peace.
