Spoiler: I’m not a fan of that intense, all-or-nothing approach. Instead, I’ll share some tips on how to reframe your thinking so that movement actually feels enjoyable and sustainable. We’ll also get into the link between fitness and self-worth, why over-exercising can backfire, and how comparison and judgment can throw you off track. Plus, I’ll share some ways to shift your mindset, listen to your body, and focus on what it’s truly capable of — so you can start feeling good about moving again.
