Should I look for a job with better work-life balance? Or is work-life balance unattainable? In this episode, we examine why striving for work-life balance is short-sighted. At the same time, we all know what it feels like to be out of balance, and to prevent this, it is important to regularly examine your life to see if adjustments need to be made. Dr. Alise discusses how this can be done every three months so we can live more fulfilling lives with less stress.
