Our guest on Wellevate Life today is none other than the Dubai based award-winning producer & presenter Uma Ghosh.
As a former beauty pageant winner, endorsing several international brands and working relentless hours, she experienced a burnout along with other health challenges. She shares how this motivated her to begin her journey into wellness and became a certified health & wellness coach.
She further expanded her interest by studying sculptural facelifts, facial Gua Sha, facial reflexology and many other holistic beauty modalities.
Uma now educates, serves, and creates awareness through her various platforms on holistic wellbeing. She has her online courses on healing skin issues naturally, face yoga, face massage and many workshops on holistic beauty modalities. And if this isn’t enough, she recently ventured out into educating professionals too with her Academy Pro-Age Aesthetics Academy.
