This is a question that all the women in our life are always asking, but to tell the truth most of us don't actually know what drives us.
What are our basic needs?
It's not keeping us fed, it's not lot's of $ex, although those things are fantastic.
In this episode I discuss the three psychological needs of men:

  • belonging,
  • confidence,
  • and freedom.

It is critically important to recognize and fulfil these needs to live a happy and satisfied life.

A lack of confidence can lead to self-destructive behavior and how being part of a group can help build confidence. Lastly, the need for freedom and autonomy in men's lives and how a lack of it can lead to feeling trapped and resentful.
So what can you do to satisfy your needs?

  • Actively seek out and join a group or community to fulfill the need for belonging.
  • Reflect on areas of life where freedom and autonomy may be lacking and find ways to regain control.
  • Identify and take pride in a skill or area of expertise to boost confidence and self-esteem.
  • Continuously strive to balance the three psychological needs for a happier and more fulfilling life.
