In this episode, we talk about the importance of sleep on our health & longevity. How we sleep at night is affected by how we wake up. It’s not enough to just power down at night - we need to reset our circadian rhythm every morning.

Our body has an internal clock - actually many internal clocks that are managed by our SCN in our hypothalamus in our brain. By reseting our clock we have more energy when we need it and are ready for bed at night.
