If you struggle with getting a regular workout in, you are not alone! It can be tough to stay consistent with our movement routine. Sometimes we might create this amazing workout plan and we’ve got the best of intentions, but then life happens and we skip a day. Then the next day we get busy again and think “Well, I skipped yesterday so I’ve already failed. I’ll just start over Monday.” This is where most of us go wrong. We think it’s all or nothing, but that’s not the way we should be building this routine that is SO good for our health. So let’s talk about four must-haves when it comes to building a movement routine so you can exercise regularly - even when life gets busy! ;)
