Manage episode 327991455 series 2823846
Dr Chelsey used to be a Professor of Education, focused on social emotional learning and language and literacy. Now, she's transformed that research into tools and principles to support families and schools build calm and inspire connection with kids.
And as this podcast dicatates, our conversation goes from her professional work into her personal family experiences, with some great examples of how she positively parents her children, including dealing with perfectionism, something I can relate to with my daughter.
She has twin 7 year olds so there's also a really interesting perspective on the differences between them and the different way she manages them.
