In this episode, Dallas’s very own Scott Fischer, host of The Single Dads Podcast joins me in the Lounge to share in Dating Festivus, airing of our dating grievances for the world to enjoy, all while dishing out a handful of biased dating advice for the benefit of y’all. Scott graciously shares some war stories from the Dallas dating scene, opens up about his type and what his relationship aspirations look like when his nest is empty in a year. We both agree that we are unicorns, and loosely justify this fact with our own rating system of course, while contemplating what a modern relationship looks like or if relationships actually exist at all in the modern age. We end the episode ranting about all the lying on the apps, particularly about children and age, and agree that its best to just put your true self out there and stop playing games with the algorithm. This is a fun packed lounge and I enjoyed hosting my first male in the lounge, boy’s club!
