Aristotle said: "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."

In his book The Power of Habit, bestselling author Charles Duhigg wrote: "If you believe you can change - if you make it a habit - the change becomes real. This is the real power of habit; the insight that your habits are what you choose them to be."

In this episode, I present an interview I did with Duhigg in December of 2013. We discuss how to diagnose your current habits and how to change them.

We also answer the age-old question: How long does it take to form a new habit?
