JUNE is mental health awareness month. I believe every month, every week, every day, should be dedicated to mental health awareness, but, I'm glad we are still talking about it. Because there is still a stigma about it.
I will be talking about it as long as I'm here but I wanted to touch base for real, before June ended. It just felt right. And there are a few things I wanted to clarify from my last episode about me and mushrooms!
