Are you drawing disease towards you or pushing it further away?
In this episode of The Mind Body Health Podcast I address one of the most if not the most important issues in modern times : disease. Is disease an inevitability of life?
Is it "normal" and acceptable to spend the latter years of our lives medicated and suffering?
Is there anything we can do to counteract what societal conditioning tells us is "normal" part of life around disease? In this episode of the podcast I will speak about 1. How you must own your life experience and take personal responsibility for all and to become conscious of the impact of your daily decisions and actions 2. How you are being lied to about the inevitability of disease and how you need to break this acceptance of it's inevitability as you hold the power.
3.How it is your lifestyle choices that will decide whether you get a disease or not. Your daily lifestyle choices are either drawing disease towards you or pushing it further away.
4. The impact of water, exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress control and more on whether you will get a disease in your lifetime or not. and I speak about a few other related topics and angles around disease prevention too.
NOTE there are no guarantees in life except death. Therefore there are always exceptions BUT I can say with certainty what I share on this podcast will positively impact your life around your disease.
My goal, as always, is to clear up the confusion and destroy myths and lies and share the truth in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand so that you can apply in your life.
