Sometimes it feels easier to stay in a situation that you know you have outgrown because of the fear of what is on the other side. It could be staying in a toxic relationship, a draining friendship or an unfulfilling job. Whatever it is, if it no longer serves you and you are allowing fear to leave you stuck in it then you are only working to lower your self-esteem.
