I got on Prozac for 13 days, never again.

Couple facts/tips about anxiety & depression:

•Anxiety is 100% self inflicted.
•You can control anxiety naturally.
•Most anxiety is ego driven.

You can’t say “no”, can’t ask for help &/or claim to be a “perfectionist”.

•Prozac/antidepressants make you care less about things that don’t matter.

•If you’re anxious about things that do matter, antidepressants will not help you.

🚩If you got on antidepressants to reduce anxiety & you still have anxiety, what’s the common denominator?

•Anxiety & excitement feel the exact same.

•You have trouble falling asleep because you wasted time during the day, putting you “behind”.

•You wake up in the middle of the night because you have too much on your plate.

•You’re discouraged because your expectations don’t match your willingness.

•Your depressed feelings are the outcome of all the above over time.
