Anyone who practices Jiu-Jitsu consistently over a long period of time will inevitably experience burnout. Especially for those individuals who have made Jiu-Jitsu their full-time profession, it’s only a matter of time before this happens to some degree. I discuss how to recognize signs of burning out, how to maintain your love and passion for the sport of Jiu Jitsu, the 3 pillars of health, seeking inspiration, and being grateful. Jiu-Jitsu is a marathon, not a sprint; embrace the process and enjoy the journey!
