MEET THE GUEST:

Lauren Sharifi is the mom of a toddler and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, with a passion for helping others find joy out eating and cooking. Lauren works in private practice in the Boston area where she provides nutrition coaching services for individuals and families with an intuitive eating and health at every size (HAES) approach. She also teaches children's cooking classes with a local cooking program called Kid's Test Kitchen.

Lauren shares her joy for cooking and helping families plan meals on her blog, biteofhealthnutrition.com, and on social media. There you can find easy-to-make, family-friendly recipes and tips for feeding and cooking with kids.
