Episode 3 tells the story of my mother joining a book club that challenged her to quickly read 150 self-help books.
It also shares the story of the impact that those books ultimately had on me.
Today, as a memoir writer and writing coach, I am writing my own self-help book, and I know how important it is (with these kinds of books) to really let yourself process the lessons and begin implementing them into your life.
