Working towards a goal can be exciting at the beginning….the prospect of making a change that could alter your life in a positive way creates hope for a better life.

But what happens 7, 10, or 14 days later when the allure of achieving your goal is no longer as strong and you are distracted by the next new thing to catch your attention? Your motivation dies a slow death and suddenly the goal you so desperately wanted to achieve is now nothing but a memory.

What’s the answer to this common problem that prevents many from reaching their goals and making changes?

Accountability.

Connecting with one or more people who want to support, encourage, and assist you in staying focused, energized, and motivated to continue moving forward, even when times are tough.
