Today I am honored to interview and introduce Crystal Venegas, LMFT. Crystal is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Her studies in Buddhist Psychology have provided her with a modern view of mental health treatment. One that takes the whole individual into consideration: Mind, body, & spirit. She blends Western evidenced-based approaches to Psychology, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy & Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, with Eastern wellness methods including mindfulness, yoga, breath work, and energy work. In her free time, she also writes & records guided meditations which can be found on Insight Timer and YouTube.
