Shamanism is the oldest form of spiritual practice known to mankind. Shamans were the ancient hearts and are still called the medicine people. Traditionally shamans would treat illnesses exclusively from the point of view of external energy influences called the spiritual guides.
Modern shamanic practices are evidence that today we are connecting back to our ancestors and their rituals in finding natural ways to healing remedies.
