In this episode, I discuss my approach to running drain calls. I think it’s crucial to structure the call so that you do not end up in a situation where you’re not getting paid for hours worth of work. The key to everything is getting a camera down the line. This is how you know for sure what’s wrong with the plumbing and how to justify larger repairs. Also, episode release schedule will be Monday Wednesday Friday.
