Welcome everyone. I give a quick rundown of what this podcast is about, who I am, and why I started this. In short, due to too many concussions, I can't do a lot of sport. Combine that with spinal injuries, I am quite limited. Podcasts helped me greatly to improve myself and get a different perspective on life and many things. It is not always possible to meet people with the stories you need to hear. But podcasts make it possible. I wanted to join this as I am in an unique position where I meet a lot of interesting and inspiring people.
