I love talking to Dian - we go through many parralel life challenges - our minds work similar and we strive for improvement. Dian brought the topic Self-Care which he values. He mentions many different facets that one should or can look at to improve yourself e.g. nutrition, exercise, sleeping, activities, hobbies, work and more. He gave his take on triggers that causes lapse in healthy routines and what a healthy routine means to him.
