This week’s podcast is going to be a question and answer session. Every week I usually get questions via email or social media messages. My goal is to answer three questions that pop up all the time. They are:

  1. It’s healthy to eat expensive what can I do?
  2. I don't have time to exercise what do I do?
  3. How to lose weight and tone?

So these are three questions that have been popping up in my inbox time and time again. So I thought it would be a good idea to answer them in more detail.
