Although these questions can be very challenging, they will help you clear your perception and begin the end of separation.

-What is really being resisted here?
-What is being gained from the ego identity in this altercation?
-How is this person’s behaviour the exact mirror of my own behaviour?
-How is my behaviour either creating, continuing or maintaining the behaviour that I am most resentful of?
-What do I really want?
