Today, I am grateful. Thankful for all of you and for what is. In this episode, I talk about having gratitude for where you are right now. The "Pause", where we stop, look around, take in the moment with a breath in...and a breath out.
In honor of Earth Day, as well as, Spring! I also have a lovely Meditation for Mother Earth for you. I hope this episode uplifts and inspires you to feel gratitude from within.
