Mark's career at Chick-fil-A began more than 40 years ago as an hourly team member in one of the local restaurants. Shortly thereafter, he became the 16th corporate employee — working in the warehouse.
Over the last 40 years, he has served in leadership roles across the business, from Corporate Communications to Restaurant Operations, Training & Development.
Currently, Mark serves as Vice President of High-Performance Leadership.
Mark has also authored over a dozen books, including his latest title, Culture Rules: The Leader's Guide to Creating the Ultimate Competitive Advantage.
